BEN, Director of Engineering
A licensed engineer with a background in aerospace, medical, and energy industries, Ben provides a depth of experience in engineering. He is always looking for the next problem to solve or challenging design to innovate. Having worked on designs that delivered payloads into orbit to those that improve your visit to the doctor’s office, Ben is always on his “A” game.
As a Mechanical Engineer, Ben has a comprehensive understanding of machined part design, welding design, and mechanics of materials. He has lead FEA groups as well as developed training programs and created procedures used to improve techniques and train engineers internationally.

RYAN, Director of Operations
As a certified Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt, Ryan is passionate about making things more efficient. He enjoys looking for different opportunities to 'simplify and perfect'. He has led numerous initiatives that improved efficiencies across various organizations. He has also organized training sessions for Green Belt candidates and mentored them through the certification process.
As a Mechanical Engineer, Ryan created numerous parts and systems to solve various problems and create new capabilities. He served as a member of a corporate FEA team, Magnetics analysis team, and as a certified GD&T analyst, he led an Engineering Drawing Review team.
Ryan has coordinated and directed engineering training sessions at numerous international offices and is proficient in Spanish.
